About Rue du Dindon

Rue du Dindon is a micro-moonshine distillery for #absinthe that started in #Amsterdam #Noord and branched out to Rotterdam. In 2017 writer and bohémien Dirk Vis @dirk and designer Edgar Walthert @eWalthert started a journey of researching and refining their own spin on this mysterious spirit.
